Terms of Use

1. Who may use the App

The App is a private, internal tool for authorised M.TEO Group agents and staff. Access requires an account issued or approved by M.TEO Group. You may not access the App unless you have been granted permission to do so.

2. Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify an administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation, including insurance industry rules;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or its underlying systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the App;
• Misuse, falsify, or manipulate points, rewards, tasks, or other records;
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

4. Points and rewards programme

The App may include an internal points, levels, and rewards programme. Points have no monetary or cash value, are not transferable except as expressly permitted in the App, and are part of an internal recognition scheme. M.TEO Group may adjust, suspend, or end the programme, or correct erroneous balances, at its discretion. Any conversion or redemption is subject to availability and the rules stated in the App.

5. Calendar and third-party services

The App displays events from M.TEO Group’s Google Calendars and may rely on third-party services (such as Google, hosting, and notification providers) to function. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its content, design, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to M.TEO Group and is protected by applicable laws. You may use the App only for its intended internal purpose and may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.TEO Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, including for breach of these Terms or when your association with M.TEO Group ends.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
